Salute the Sun Yoga

Awaken the body to Sun salutations on the water. This rhythmic flow yoga will prepare your body for the day. Opening the mind and body while floating on water, being kissed by morning Sun, and breathing the salty air is the best way to start off your day. This class will be in studio as well as on the SUP. All Levels Welcomed.

Flow and Restore Yoga

A mixture of movement and stillness. Starting with heating the body with flowing asanas. This will allow for a deeper relaxation as you approach savasana. A beautiful blend of fast and slow. Starting the class in studio, then warming the body at a vigorous pace, ending in slow deep restorative poses on the SUP. A perfect blend for everyone. All levels welcome.

SUPilates

Combining the strength and grace of Pilates with the tranquility of the water makes for an amazing experience. Integrating SUP and Pilates exercises is the best way to challenge our core. This class offers total body conditioning and balance training with a workout that makes you feel like you have walked on water! All levels welcome.

Define and Tone

Define and strengthen your body in the awesome muscle conditioning class. A combination of both an in studio workout and exercises on the SUP. A full body workout that will burn calories, tone muscles, and improve coordination, agility and endurance. All levels welcome.

CPC Paddle

Focusing on improving fitness and strength through working on correct SUP technique that incorporates balance, posture and endurance. This class will go over the proper biomechanics and the different paddling techniques/modifications to make a great workout for any level. This class is perfect for first-time SUP users but will still challenge the occasional SUP user. All levels welcome.

Cardio SUP

This high output, fast-paced, cardio core workout will have your endorphins screaming for more. As we constantly balance on our board, we push multiple exercises to test our endurance, reach deep into our core for balance and grasp our cardio to breath. Paddling multiple strokes with a paddle down to complete a unique workout. Class is designed for someone who has been on a SUP before, as it is a Level 2 paddle class.

TRX with Water

Beginning with a TRX suspension training workout in the studio. This is a total-body fitness class that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Followed by SUP involving core strengthening exercises. We set the rep, you set the intensity!! All levels welcome.

Core Fitness

Focus on challenging the powerhouse of your body - the core muscles. This conditioning class will tone and shape your hips, thighs, butt, lower back and abdomen. A strong core leads to a strong body. Class is in studio as well as on SUP. A fun and stress-relieving way to burn off calories, don’t miss this class! All levels welcome.
